As representative of the people and main city authority, this council makes all of the major decisions. Under the chairmanship of the Mayor, the council formulates broad guidelines for local politics and acts as decision-maker in all of the city’s basic social, economic, and cultural affairs.

This council advises the Municipal Council in all areas relevant and important to children and young people.

This committee advises the Municipal Council and current Administration on integration and migration issues and develops recommendations for these areas.
