- We are a point of contact for men and women with proposals, questions and complaints in all matters concerning equal opportunities
- We highlight any existing shortfalls in equality of opportunities for both men and women in the city, as well as within the city’s administration
- We draw up proposals on how to improve the situation
- To this end, we initiate or monitor specific projects
- We cooperate with a wide range of networks, groups and individuals
